Hello everyone! I am a mother of 3 fantastic but full of spunk children. I am a stay at home mom. I am a Webelos's cub scout leader, on the board of our local MOMS club and a member and table leader of MOPS. I stay extremely busy but not busy enough to take my mind off of food! I posted on MySpace a little idea I have about weight-We lose our keys, socks, money! Those are easy to lose and frankly if I lose them I certainly hope I find them again! Weight on the other hand when I "lose" all of this weight I never want to find it again and it is certainly not easy to lose in the first place!!!! Although once I grasped a understanding of what it takes it has been 10 times easier than ever before! I was one of those who if I had one "wrong food" well then I just would continue out of control for the rest of the day! That person is long gone and replaced with a person who now knows its okay to have a treat or the "wrong food" on occasion. Now with 48 pounds "lost" and 87 more pounds to go I hope I can find support here and give support here! Bless all of you on your journeys!
