Hi everyone! I just found this website today when I was searching for some information on a diet program I saw and I am so glad I did!
I really need support to lose the weight I need to lose and this seems like the perfect place.
In a nutshell I'm a 40 year old married mom to a 3 year old son and a 10 year old stepson. I've tried every diet there is and I even had gastric bypass in 2003 but I didn't lose what I needed to lose and have since regained about 50pounds of what I lost.
I started a blog about my journey to here but just realized I can't post a link to it yet.

Oki...so ..while searching the internet for some useful info on dieting and excersize...I found this website..what a great place to be a part of. I'm just starting my new " life " ....so far so good.
