Default Old to diets..new to this blessed site!
Hi everyone! What a blessing to find such a site...this is an answer to my prayers I tell ya!! I just wanted to say hi to everyone..I am at my absolute highest of 250 and got 100+ to go..what an adventure this will be! I have to lose weight you guys. It is getting the point that the older I get the heavier I get the lazier I get...I have never been lazy in my life but I noticed the last few weeks I am just lazy. I am done with that!! I dont know about you guys but I think I was always in denial of how heavy the extra weight is on me. I need to admit that I am as fat as I am and do something about it. But I also need to always rememebr that I am who I am and that the weight will not change who I am. I look forward to making many friends on here. Thanks JIll

welcome and i wish you luck. Im lazy too and my sister pushed me to get my rear in gear, so here i am losing some weight. You will like the site and its member, they are full of wonderful supportive advice.

hi JIll, and welcome! I hear you about the fat / inactivity / more fat cycle; it sucks majorly : ( BUT, I have noticed that even after losing a few pounds, I feel good, more energetic, more motivated. You can do this!! Keep us posted (so to speak) on your progress.
