I found this site via google and it looks fantastic.
I am ready to shed some pounds and change my lifestyle.
The only problem is I don't even know where to start...
Does everyone follow a diet plan (i.e. weight watchers) or do you just
stop eating as much??
Any guidance / help as to how to even begin would be fantastic..all I know is
I need / want to lose 30lbs..and I know I will need lots of support and guidance and this site seems to be the perfect place for me.
