i'm new here. i'm looking for friends who are in the same boat as i am. friends who need a little boosting in their weightloss efforts.
i have always been on a diet. i either get really skinny (the unhealthy way) or i get really fat. i'm only 5 feet tall, with small bone structure, so fat for me is about 120 and up. i am currently 131....according to my last doctor visit which was yesterday.
