Cool Hello!!
Hi Guys!

I've been reading this forum for the past few days and decided to join

My story - as short as poss - is that I was misdiagnosed with asthma for about 10 years when I actually have a heart condition which made me short of breath and unable to excersice - couldn't walk 20 meters down the road without feeling like i'd run a marathon - so I piled on the pounds.

I've now had a procedure and its helped loads! Just got to get rid of the weight and get my fitness levels up - easier said than done.

I've tried (and failed) many diets over the years and i've recently discovered weight watchers so will give that a go.
