Hi Everyone,

I am a software proffessional, mom of 2.5 yr old toodler girl, wife & homemaker, all in one package.
Between my highly stressful & demanding job and high-maintanance hubby & daughter , I hardly get time to excercise and follow a healthy lifestyle.

But, recently I have realized how much I have let go of myself.

I am also very sensitive of my weight gain and any comments I recieve in that area. I am not very honest with my husband about my eating habits and I don't want him to know how much binge on an occasional basis. I want a support group that can hold me accountable, take me to task when I lapse in my excercise schedule and dieting. Support me when I am depressed, agitated or sad.

I swear to be honest atleast in this online forum and help myself take control of my life.

Any newcomers interested in forming a small group of 5-6 members, please message me.

Welcome Needtobestrong....First welcome to the forum...I am also new to this...I first joined on Monday!!! And loving every minute of it...I was looking at your numbers.... I pretty much "know" how you look because those were my numbers 5 years ago... Good luck! I'll keep watching your progress!!!
