Hello. Well, I became a member a week or so ago but hadn't had the courage to introduce myself until now. I am a 40 year old mother of 4 boys. I was a member of another forum but wasn't very active at all. The one thing I did gain from the other forum was an awesome buddy who recently introduced me to this forum. I did lose about 30 lbs which I maintained for about 6 months, then slowly regained about 10 lbs back. I am having a very difficult time getting back on track, eating right and especially exercising. I still need to lose about 30 lbs to be at my goal weight. I would love to find a buddy who is currently looking to lose about 30 lbs too and about my age. Anyone?
You may want to check out the 40-something's area. Or there are also sections based on specific programs that members are following under Diet Central.
