Hi everyone, I'm Lauren and I live in KY. I am starting my weight loss journey. My goal for the year is 100 lbs and i'm down 5. I've had a membership to the gym since October. I was serious about going and went everyday for 3 wks, then events in the life happened and i got out of routine. I have gone on and off since then but last week I went everyday and began my journey. I am married and am heavily involved in my church (my hubby is the Youth Pastor), we have about 30 kids, lol and i love every minute of it. My goal for the weight loss is so that I can go on rides at the amusement parks with the kids and not have to be shoehorned in and also so that we can start a family. I've been diagnosed with PCOS and know it is going to be a struggle. We haven't started trying yet and aren't ready to just yet but that is something that will happen in the future. any motivational helps would be amazing. thanks
