Hey there everyone! I am new to 3 fat chicks. I just found this site a little while ago and would love to get some advice and support. Not really sure how to start what to do etc. but I know I can't keep living like this!!!

One of the things I love most about 3FC is that you have access to first hand experiences on all kinds of various weight loss methods with wonderful people ready to answer any of your questions or offer support. I would recommend poking around, doing some research and find a method/plan that appeals to you
