Default Mission--not impossible!!!
hey all!! am new here! been slinking around reading and it sounds like everyone is very supportive!! a little about me...my previous wieght was 165
then had neck injury that inactivated me for 3 yrs, then heart repair,then diabetes flaired up then knee surgery and now possible glaucoma....i wish i could say the stress made me lose weight but nnnnnnooooooooooooo!! i gained to a hefty 284, insulin resistance doesnt help..started the atkins diet 3 days ago and lost my first 4lbs...i would guess its water, however, i take lasix..and to give me a visual i took a 4lb bag of sugar to get the idea....mind over matter!!! anyway glad to be here...good luck to all!!
