Hi Everyone, I am really excited to be here!

Just a little background info on me.. I'm a 22 year old graduate student. I am at my highest weight which is 169 lbs. I just want to get back into shape and be healthy again. I have had a lot of things going on, including graduating from college and purchasing a home with my boyfriend. With that, my awareness of how much weight I was gaining went out of the window. Now that I've gotten back into the groove of things, my health and weight has become a number one priority.

I read about 3fc in People magazine and they said nothing but great things. I hope to learn a few things and meet some great people!
