hi, im fromm singapore and i would definitely love to know anyone from there as well.

I have dieting for the last 4 yrs. Lost and gained all the weight back, even heavier than before. In this new year 2008, i am all ready to start again.

However, i found this time difficult to lose. Maybe the body knows what i am doing to it and its hanging on. Boo. Anyone has the same experiece?

My weaknesses are bread, peanut butter, and chocolate.
