Hi, I'm new.

I'd like someone or others to be "accountable to" and to be able to sit down and jot off an email or post on a thread (which thread?) that I am for example:

Struggling with wanting to overeat when not truly hungry

Rejoicing because I have had successes

Encouraging others

Please help me - I'm not that great with computers.

Computer programming husband has left me for younger, thinner woman...not feeling too great about my appearance these days - knowing though that it is his problem to be "like that" not because I am heavier. Still - wanting to turn over a new leaf.

hey ter, welcome to 3fc

I hope that this place is what you're looking for! I hovered for a while before joining and am mostly a lurker but it really is great - the knowledge that people have on here about nutrition/exercise etc and the encouragement people give is just amazing!

I hope that you try and have an enjoyable christmas and hang around for when it will no doubt get busier in january (hah I know i'll be back more regularly! )

This is a great place for support and motivation.Check around on the different forums until you find one you will be comfortable in. Do you have a diet and exercise plan ?
