Sooo.. my diet is this!
I cook all of my meals (No precooked stuff with salt/preservatives) I eat 5-6 meals per day consisting of 2 oz of lean protein, 1 cup of certain veggies (Usually broccoli or cucumber) and for carbs I eat yams, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, or rice. No wheat, no milk, no salt. It's a bit hard at first, but after the first week or two you get to in tune with your body you can tell exactly what your body needs. I also try to exercise as much as possible. It's a diet I learned at Michael Thurmonds makeover spa in LA. I have tried everything, and its the first diet I have been able to get through not feeling starving or tired all of the time.
