Hello All. I really need to get working and start to lose weight. I am getting married in August. I want to look my best and feel comfortable for my big day. I am a member of Weight Watchers but for some reason I have the hardest time following it.....Any tips?

If you are having trouble following WW - then it may not be the plan for you. Check out the boards - there are tons of plans out there that work for lots of different people...but not all plans work for everyone...

Amanda - I'd like to second Gatoramanda (do we really have THREE Amanda's posting in this thread? ) and say that if WW isn't working for you, it might be prudent to give something else a try. You don't say how long you've been at it, though, so realize that ANYTHING is going to be a bit challenging to stick with at the beginning...it does get easier. Please check out the WW forum - there are areas for both Flex and Core, and lots of advice for sticking to either one.

Other than that, congratulations on your engagement, and keep posting! Can't wait to hear more from you soon.
