I've struggled with excess weight all my life and during college, went through a bout of distorted eating habits bordering on anorexia and bulimia. Now at 42, a little wiser (I hope ) and realizing that it is more than just wanting to look thinner, I have decided it is time to get moving and get healthy. I hope to get support, give some and have a few laughs along the way.
I'm so glad you've decided it is time to focus on being HEALTHY, not just looking thin. And this is a great place to find all kinds of support for that goal, as well as a few laughs and a lot of fun.
