Hi there. My name is Christi and I have been on my weight loss journey since March 7, 2007 and I have lost 82 lbs. I found this site and it seems really great because it gives me encouragement to keep going. I was 346 when I started and I'm down to 264. My goal is 150 so I still have a good way to go.

I try to stay under 1200 calories a day. I don't look at it as a diet but rather I just changed the way I ate. I read labels on everything. I have learned that I can eat and feel full with the right kinds of food. I eat lots of fruit and veggies too.
