Well, after a few weeks of "lurking" I decided to join. I have been exercising on and off since July but have decided to really buckle down in the past week. I still have a long way to go, but I am confident that I can do it. It is especially nice to know that all of you are right here with me! Thanks for the advice, tips, and positive motivation!!
