Hey I am new here too. I am a 27 year old mother of 4 beautiful children. My oldest is 7 and I have been over weight for 7 years and nine months (you do the math ) and have decided that I am done being over weight. My goals are simple...loose 2 pounds a week. I figure that will take me until mid March. So I am jumping on the band wagon. Hope to be encourage and encourage all you out there.
