Smile Hello all newbie here
Hi, I'm a 29 year old mom of three. Baby #3 was born in May, now I need to lose the baby weight. I haven't been doing alot up to this point. I Drink green tea and well that's about all I have done so far.
I look forward to getting some help from any and everyone

Hey!

Green tea is great! But it's not enough by itself. We have tons of information on different plans here on 3FC--you can browse them by going to the main page and looking under the Diets tab.
