I've returned after over a year of hiding! I was a bit scared to come back here after putting on all the weight i lost, but i realised it's time for a change and that i needed to face up to my weight! I hope this forum will give me as much motivation as it did before, i'm sure it will! Wish me luck!
can i also just say, before anyone posts, that the last time i was here the thing i remember most was the amount of amazingly supportive people in the forum, they really helped me along my way and i was so happy to have been part of this community!!!
Oh honey, don't go away! I've posted in Maintainer's at over 20 lbs over goal! Nobody want syou to wander off in shame. Weight loss is an up and down game. Stick with us. We can't know you're stumbling if you don't tell us!
don't worry i'm back for good now!! I know not to be ashamed if i put on weight cause it's like i'm learning every time i do what NOT to do, if you know what i mean! And then the next time i've learnt from the past mistakes so it somehow gets easier! I've not lost any weight so far but i've only just started, so i can't expect miracles to happen. Time will bring me better fortune though hopefully, and well done with the weight you've lost btw!
