Cool Hello everyone
I am just getting started.....again.....

I had a horrible week (my dog died from a lightening strike) but I lost 4 pounds anyway.

I am extremely overweight. I have an inactive thyroid and am on medication for it.

WELCOME. Unfortunately bad things happen in life. No matter what you need to take care of yourself first. Find a game plan and stick with it. Write down in a journal your feelings, your food, your exercise. It really helps once you get started you won't want to stop. Good luck and take care of yourself always. That means eating healthy and exercise daily. I am old and wise.
