I'm 17 years old, and this is not the first time I've dieted, believe me. I tried everything! Over this past summer though, I just counted calories. I lost 30lbs. When I started school again, I gained 20lbs back. Now, I'm going to lose that weight, and more! By August 6th, I promise myself to lose 31lbs.
I found this website called StartYourDiet, and it told me that 1376 calories a day would be right for me, and I agree. After a week with this calorie intake, I lost 3lbs! I'd love to have a DietBuddy, so if you'd have me, please PM me.
