Hello! I am Jess from Ohio and I am on day 1 of the Fat Smash Diet. I have never tried a true commercialized "diet" before, but I'm excited to start this one. Two years ago I lost 40 pounds by just eating healthier and working out on the treadmill. Since then, I have gained that back + 20 pounds. So I am currently at my highest weight ever, which is scary. But looking at that number now just fuels me to push forward and make sure that it will be the last time at that weight. I have a very long journey and I'm just starting, but I love the level of support on this website and I hope to find a few diet buddies along the way. Good luck to everyone!
I've noticed over the 5 months that I've been here that this site isn'tbig on specific diet buddies because you just get hundreds of them instead! Make sure you check out the sub support groups because that's where you'll probably find a home.

I am a newbie and just wanted to say hello. OMG, trying to lose weight is a nightmare that we never wake up from. I was always very athletic until I had kids now all I want to do is sit & eat.I need a buddy to help me awaken from this nightmare.
