Im New
Hello everyone im new to the forums and i hope i can be as successful as all of you! Ive already started my diet and exercise plan and ive lost 15lbs so far. As far as eating goes ive just cut back on all the junk food and have been eating fruits and veggies and a lot of protein. Ive been kind of lazy though but when i work out i usually ride my bike or do pilates.
My main goal is to lose lose 50lbs. My weight right now is 183lbs and my starting weight was 198lbs. I hope that you all will support me because i know this will be tough and i will be here rooting for all of you!
