Hello everyone!

I'm Astrae, and I've been overweight my whole life. I finally made the decision that I want to take care of my weight now while I'm still young instead of letting it hold me back from my future.

I've been counting calories for about a month and have lost about 15 pounds so far. Today my mom and I started Weight Watchers together, and I'm excited to see how much progress I can make!

I'm also using the WATP DVDs for my daily exercise, as well as using resistance bands. Even in just this short month, I feel so much stronger than I did when I started!

I'm looking forward to the things ahead of me, and just from reading some of the posts here on the forum, I know I can do this.

WELCOME. I'm glad you are counting calories and exercising. You are definitely on the right track. I post alot in the 100 lb. club. Come and visit us sometime. I also love the way I feel since coming to 3fatchicks. I wish you great success.
