Hey everyone,

Just wanted to say that I just ordered Hip Hop Abs and while doing a search for some other Hip Hop Abbers I found 3FC. This is a wonderful community and so very motivational. It's hard trying to lose weight and have no support at all. Doing it alone is a long, lonely, hard road to travel. Well nice to meet you all and look forward to finding many things to wear this summer. Gotta work it out !!
