I posted an introduction here almost a year ago, and due to several factors never got my lifestyle change off the ground. Now, though, I'm in a new city, starting a new life, and I'm definitely ready to make some changes.
I have about 130-150 pounds to lose (I'm not yet sure about my ideal weight), and I've already lost about 10-20 of that (haven't bought a scale yet, unfortunately), as I rely on public transportation and do about 30 minutes of walking every day.
I plan on being much more active this time, because this is such an amazing, supportive community!
