I'm an 18 year-old girl, and i recently started to dislike my looks, as i've gradually reached 165 lbs. the problem with me is, i'm soo lazy
I don't like moving at all and i like sleeping so much, i sleep approximately ten hours a day. i've never really been on a decent diet, i just say "i'll start eating healthy foods this monday" and that monday never comes. Well, i'll just try to eat less
i just can't imagine myself going on a well planned diet. Instead, i hope i'll make friends here that needs motivation to get up and do some exercise!
I must say, this is my very first post in this forum, and i feel relieved already.
It's so good to know that i'm not the only one.
