I'm a 37, married, and a mom to a teenager. I've tried every diet there is but could never stick with them. I'm determined to lose weight and get healthy. I'm currently following the Weight Watchers plan from home. I've been on it 2 weeks now but it's not easy, and I really need support and advice. I can't wait to meet you all and get your feedback. I know I can loose this weight, and that I will. No matter how many times I've failed I'm not willing to give up.
