well my name is mary and ive always wanted to lose weight. i am always going on diets and i do go down about 5 pounds but afterwards i start eating a lot again so im wishing to succeed this time. i want to go down about 20 pounds. people tell me im not fat but i dont feel comfortable with my weight. im not self confident (at all) so everytime i go out in pubic and see many pretty girls my age i feel ugly. i want to be able to go out and feel pretty for once. im wishing to get all the support i need here. thanks everyone a lot!

Hi Xmarymar,
I have to say I know how you feel. I just have to go to work every day and see all the ladies I work with (specially the ones who have children). I sit there and wonder why I can't look like they do, then one of them will say I'm so fat and I look at her and say I only wish I could be as fat as you....Needless to say I'm glad I have my own office I can hide in when I'm lacking the self confidence it takes to walk around the company.

Just want to say that I bet your very pretty and good luck getting to your goal...
