Was browsing this community, and thought it'd be a great place to keep up my motivation. I just started a diet (L.A. Weight loss) with my wife this week. Currently at 250 (~25% body fat), hoping to get down to ~200 (<20% body fat).
Never really done a diet like this before, the only other diet I did was a fairly strict one for martial arts (the diet I obviously gave up a LONG time ago
). Of course, I also never weighed this much either before. Look forward to all your suggestions and support, and hope I might be able to offer the same if the opportunity presents itself.
