My sister gave me an article that she came across in a magazine. It pointed me in this direction. I am a 38 yr old mom. Just hit 204. The most I have ever weighed. I am hopeful I can find help and inspiration here.

Here's some GREAT NEWS! You are just four pounds away from a wonderful place...ONEderland! That's when you weigh less than 200 and are in the 100s.

Yesterday I finally reached ONEderland after TWENTY-some YEARS!!! You are starting your weight loss journey WAAAAY ahead of where I began, so you are really close to a GREAT GOAL...ONEderland!

That's how to do it! Small goals met and new goals set! People here have accomplished incredible feats of weight loss, and each one of them began with the first pound lost!
