Hey Kathy!

Good for you for choosing to improve your health! Because losing weight really is about health. In my case, my mom had diabetes in later life, and I would like to avoid that.

Will I want to walk, I am getting my back crack Now, I have a pitch Nerve
I am trying not to eat out as much.
I need to get cooking & lose some weight.
Now Its better here in Michigan I want to walk.
