I got the food mover since I had tried it a long time ago and lost a few pounds but too much was going on in my life then that I didnt stick with it. I wanted to know if its worked for anyone so I can get some pointers. I have lost a few pounds on it already, but I think it kindof gives me some room to cheat (I had an egg and cheese waffle sandwich with a huge coffee with lots of artificial creamer, and only had to close a few windows) I would love to buddy up with someone doing the same diet. I NEED SUPPORT!!!!
