Hello again!!
Well, here I am again after not behaving myself for just about the entire year last year. Thankfully, I hadn't gained all the weight I had lost back but, if I were to keep going the way I was, I would have.... and then some. I started low carbing again in the beginning of this year. I kept my start weight of 203 lbs. on my stats as a reminder of where I don't want to go back to although I actually started this year at 198 lbs. I'm happy to say I am down to 187.5 lbs. now and I intend on keeping that number going in the downward direction. I am not doing any specific plan. I am basically trying to eat healthier and eat to live instead of live to eat. Although I had misbehaved throughout the year, I was always aware of what I was eating and felt guilty about it afterwards. I guess not guilty enough to stop the behavior but with a new year, came a new me. I've decided not to give into those cravings anymore. I will on occasion have myself some low carb toast or some whole wheat pancakes but the flour, sugar, cookies, cakes, etc are all gone from my life.
So......that's a little about me. I hope to meet some new friends here who are basically doing the same thing I am which is live a healthier lifestyle. Hopefully, sometime down the line I may be able to help someone else.
