Found this website and looks very cool, lots of support here. I finally decided that if I didn't tackle this weight that it was not going to come off. I have lost 6 lbs so far on phase 1 (
the scale has finally moved. I was doing my own routine watching what I eat and exercising for my new years resolution and nothing happened so after three weeks decided to start SB so here I am and I have 59 more lbs to lose. Mini-goal is 16 lbs in 2 months going on vacation to Florida for kids spring break and do not want to be a size 18. Any advice anyone could give me for phase 2 of SB I would appreciate. I am working out 6 days a week, this past week I started doing weights 3x's a week and cardio is still 6 days but on weight days I will only do 20 minutes of cardio. Will 3 days of weights slow me down?
