Hi there! My name is Christine and I live in Queens, NY. I'm
almost 20, and engaged to a wonderful man who has my heart.
Around when I was 16 I joined Weight Watchers and lost almost 40lbs bringing me down to 160. Recently I haven't been able to control my eating and drinking of soda and sky rocketed back to 200. I'm devistated. I'm still young and want to lead a happy, healthy life. I'm trying so hard to get back onto scheduale and do what's good for me and my body but I can't find any oomf to get me there. There is one thing though that I think will help me greatly. When I was younger I got so upset if I didn't lose 5lbs in a week and would start to get off my diet.. but now I understand losing weight isn't something that will happen overnight, and will eventually happen if I stick to it. I'm wondering if losing 10lbs a month until June is an achieveable goal? But overall I just want to be a healthier, happy person.
