Hi, my name is Rhonda, and I am new to posting to message boards, but I love lurking around this one, so I am being brave!! I have lost about 112lbs. since 2005, and I have about 50 more pounds to go. My friend at work told me about this site, and I love it. She is a lurker too, and I will have her posting before the new year!! I am a calorie counter, and I try to work out atleast 5 days a week. I have already gotten a really great idea from this site, so I imagine that it will be a great support. Someone on here, I don't remember who, says that they make a mileage goal on their pedometer for every month, and I love that idea. I'm going out to get me a really good pedometer either today or tomorrow. I'm all about goals. I look forward to actually participating here. I'm sure that I can make my last 50lbs easier with all your support.
