It's a picture-perfect day in the DC area so I want to go outside and enjoy this beautiful weather but I stopped by 3FC to get my inspiration for the day! Grilling will be on the agenda again -- pork tenderloins, veggies.

Hope the sun is shining in your neck of the woods, too!

Security work for me today on a road construction site in the middle of town. So I am paid to be out in the sunshine today. That's always a plus! I will try to figure out how to get some major steps in - I may do laps around the site and wear my pedometer, lol. I wouldn't mind cranking the tunes on the car stereo and dancing around - but I'm certain it does not have enough gravitas for the situation and the boss might not approve.
No chance to eat off plan since I have to pack my lunch.
Hope your projects for today all go well!!

Liana

Curiosity spiked - do share, Lisa!

After 3 weeks of hit and miss running, I finally managed to knock out 2 miles of straight running before the gassy stomach made me slow down to a walk, but that's a big improvement over 2 little laps (11 for the mile) that I've been struggling with recently.

I am feeling accomplished today. Hubby sprang for two new protein powders today (could have something to do with one being strawberry cake flavoured) so my pantry shelves are bulging. 28 flavours and counting.

Well done on the first social meal, that's always the toughest one to wrap your head around. And, happy birthday to your little man - that first birthday party - so cute. Have a wonderful time with your families.

Liana, you crack me up, as always. A dancing security detail is just what any decent site needs! LOL

It was perfect today (NoVa too) - I had house cleaning to get caught up with but got a few hours outside and will be grilling turkey burgers tonight!

The hundreds digit on my scale = "1" today (was down there last week too but then up-ticked / retained water or something)

Congrats on reaching 1 as the first digit. That's a big milestone!!

Jeez just a short time ago I was complaining about the cold weather but today I got over heated working in the yard! Complain, complain! It would have been beautiful if I was in a hammock sipping a daiquiri instead of pulling weeds!

Woot, grats on Onederland. It really helps with motivation and doesn't it make you feel like a whole new person?

Yay Hysteria, great job!! Sounds like everyone had great plans for the day. Had my WI today, 2 lbs and a quarter inch off hips and thighs. Came home and did yard work and worked on the boat... A nice tenderloin for dinner with turnip fries..a good day

Way to go Hysteria! Congratulations on making it to Onederland

Destony nice going showing those 2 pounds where they could go!

Was another snowy day here but its all right, we need the moisture pretty bad as we had so little snow during the winter. Worked a full shift and boy was it crazy busy! Stayed on track and finished strong. Tomorrow is my 'Friday' and hoping for a lil sunshine so I can go riding! Would be a great treat.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

Also a DC area/No Va happy camper, we spent 4 hours outside and I got a sunburn (but in an okay way...it should turn to tan). Then I had a dinner out and school fundraiser. It was going to be my first "fun meal" in maintenance but as it turned out the restaurant had a lot of really sensible options. (For the No Va folks, it's the new Mike Isabella Greek restaurant in Ballston/Arlington -- definitely a good choice for IP maintainer. I didn't study it for full IP compliance as I was trying to have a fun meal! But I am happy to say that it remained sensible)
