Total slacker here... Lost 30lb from about May to July and then took some time off work, made some life changing decisions in personal life, got off track. But, have at least maintained, so that's good!
Have to admit being a creature of habit and a bit boring helps me stay on track. No matter how tired I get of it, when I prepare the same salads for work for lunch, I don't cheat and don't risk eating something from the hospital cafeteria that has hidden crap in it. So when I keep it boring, routine and repetitive, I find myself following the rules. So.... Back to boring!
