Hi everybody! Been a busy couple of days, started refinishing my kitchen table and chairs so that's kept me hopping. My son is home sick today so I'm not painting to keep the fumes down.

I sorted out the rest of my spice basket in the pantry yesterday and found even more Epicure spices I forgot I had. Made a delicious beef stir fry last night that I'll probably never be able to duplicate, lol!

So happy for everyone having great losses this week - keep it up!

I've always had my third IP pack in the evening. I was usually not even hungry for it then, but I try to have it before 8.

Congratulations! Doesn't it feel awesome? I know you had a couple of rough days during week one (as did I) but I am certain it will be more than worth it in the end!

Congratulations! I feel your excitement since I am getting ready for phase 2, also. I am continuing with phase 1 until I hit my 1 year IP anniversary on January 30. Boy, am I ready!
