And while it's not official weigh in time, I do my own at home as well as a daily weight check and I am officially in the 160s!! 168.5, which is the smallest my husband has ever known me, so I find that an exciting milestone, even though I was about 15-20lbs heavier than my current weight when we started seeing each other.
SOOOOO AWESOME!! Great job!!

I am sorry to see what is going in St. Louis.

Week 3 starts for me. Went for a WI yesterday and lost 3.9 lbs. Overall in two week I lost 10 lbs.

I am quite happy with my progress. My next WI is in Dec. and I want to be at least 8 lbs lighter in next two weeks.
So AWESOME for you!! Keep up the good work. I'm on day two and look forward to watching the pounds melt away.

Just wanted you to know I'm safe.
Glad your safe Lisa....was thinking of you when I saw the news last night

My upcoming NSV is getting to ski this winter. The last couple of years I haven't been able to fit into any ski pants (a rant for another day!). This year my old pants are actually a little too big for me. We are going out on Friday for the first time this season and I am thrilled! I promised my younger son I will snowboard with him this winter, too, which is something I've never even considered before.

The winter is shaping up to be very exciting for me!
Yeah Pepper good to see you......

So my Good news of the day is I had my Whoosh!!!! Down 3 this week... Hopefully I am over my little hump in the road...

Waiting to pick up my kid from school and run him to his hockey study group. Then I have to brave the store for a few things I need so i can spend the day tomorrow cooking for Thursday..snow is on my way tomorrow so I will not want to leave the house.....

Good NSV for me - it is Day 2 and I am doing good! Seriously, it has been years since I have even made it through Day 1 on any program! But this is my first time with IP and I am very excited and hopeful!
So glad for your NSV! I'm excited for you and with you

Wow, great NSVs ladies!!

I just returned from an unexpected and long road trip. Managed to take all my food with me and stayed 100%OP with my eating! (I did sneak a few drinks in, and am beating myself up about it like crazy). I even passed on homemade perogies, which are my favourite food!! That and a ton of junk food along the way, not even a second thought about it.

This week just trying to focus on the positive and drink extra water to make up for those few drinks.

SV - down .8lbs so not a whole pound but I'll take it. My fat mass was down 2 lbs. YAY!!

NSV - had to go shop for a pair of transition slacks & jeans.........I was able to get into a size 8 comfortably. I was wearing size 12-14 when I started.

So good to see everyone's victories this week.

Hi all - Weigh-in today - down .8. The Quest bars have been hard for me to handle, so now they are out of the house. Also refocusing on H2O and veggies. I am getting so close to goal...I know I can do this!

Time to get back to basics!

Quest bars are my nemesis, as well.
My local grocery store has started carrying them so now I can buy just one at at time! No boxes of treats in my house.

I was wondering if decaf coffee counts towards your daily water?
Thanks!

Thanks!
I was told only water can count towards it. So i would still get the 2liters in and if the decaf does count, its never a bad thing to have some extra water in your system!
