I told my coach that to me weight is just a number it is more about how I feel and how my clothes fit. She was great with this and agreed although she did stress she feels the body fat percentage was important to monitor.

Hi!

Do any of you 3FC'ers subscribe to gaiamtv.com for workout videos? If so, any thoughts? How about Amazon Prime?

Thanks for any feedback you can provide!

She makes money by the food I order. Sorry for the confusion. I was taken back last week on how abrupt she was about ordering food online. My Mom and I are doing this together and the food can add up. She informed my Mom and I that if we wanted her to follow us medically we needed to purchase the food from her.

She did an intro package last week and again this week. Her reasoning is that after two weeks we'd have the hang of how everything works and have tasted most of the foods.

As for price per box or item, I'm not sure, I wasn't thinking about it at the moment but I am now

Today is day 52 and currently I've lost 27 lbs which im completely thrill about. I've been 100% faithful to this diet but the last week I've been so hungry I've started eating outside of my menu... not much but it'll still cheating. .. I'm contributing this to the fact I've become more active at work as well as I've started going back to the gym. I'll try packing more vegetables but ugh really I don't inow how kuch more I can eat. . Anyone have any suggestions for me... help needed ..

I did one intro pak that cost around 170.00 and each box cost me 29.00. This is canadian. This included all the vitamins

When it comes to late afternoons and early evenings I am just like a mower in the yard. I just eat whatever while I make dinner, well tonight for some odd reason I only nibbled a smidge (no ip friendly but just a few bites- I know the whole one bite can lead to more thing) but for me in the past month this was GREAT! Plus I ate my chickien and broccoli and I am full

still there is hope for me yet

I just mentioned I started putting frozen Kale in. It just crumbles and grinds up even better than the spinach so if you need a "variation" of the green, there ya go!

I'm a "make it up as I go cook" but I had rhubarb so just cooked it and put it in strawberry light jello for my snack. Right now the "mush" is pretty yummy. I hope it solidifies a bit -- I see 'potential' (jam, dessert filling,'crumble' with the oatmeal...)

100% mark up. My clinic tried to offer a special price for their trial group and IP was no board at all. Make sure your coach doesn't tell anyone. IP is about $28 a box. $4 a pack. I've tried some proti diet but I can't live without my lemon wafers, s+v crisps and Chocolate soy puffs.

Congratulations!! and I'm super jealous!!! LOL I've had lot's of general struggles the last couple weeks which has kept me just maintaining where I"m at, but I'm ok with that because I know it's situational. Hoping to drop these last six pounds over the next 2 weeks, but we'll see. Way to go!!! I hope it feels as amazing as I think it feels.

Ugh, feel awful today. Extraordinary stress at work this week, but then made so much worse by a death in the family followed by a child's death in my friend's family. I was at least proud of myself for staying OP by stress eating on broccoli. But was up 1.4 lbs this am!
Now all of a sudden, it's apparently TOM 2 wks early. It's unbelievable what stress can do to our bodies.
I just keep reminding myself that I'll only feel worse if I eat junk.
Just needed to vent a little
