I can only tell you DONT JUST QUIT!
I reached goal this past may and instead of taking the time to phase off I just quit
gained 36 lbs over summer. Now Im back at the beginning. My coach told me phase 2 can be done for a week not 2 but you should do it. And phase 3 should be a minimum of 2 weeks. Other then that I don't know anything about the other phases.
