First weigh in today! Down 7 lbs! And that is after traveling all week (Thurs to Monday). So, I'm feeling pretty good! Question - I'm in a bit of a panic because I just drank a diet Coke, not even thinking about the aspartame. Will that take me out of ketosis?

Anyone watching Extreme Weight Loss on ABC? Anyone notice the "sugar free ketchup" was Walden Farms ketchup? It made me happy that I recognized it! Just another confirmation that my IP habits will translate to the real world

NO WORRIES!! Definitely want to avoid Asparatame, but one DC won't knock you out of Ketosis. The main reason to avoid Asparatame is it does often cause the body to react similarly to sugar, so best to avoid. But you should be fine with the oversight.

Drink some extra water to continue to flush out your system, but don't stress!! (Some coaches even allow one DC per day, but this is "house rules" NOT IP rules.)

I just checked out that BMI chart and while I was there I clicked on "78 reasons to avoid sugar" OH MY GOODNESS!!!! If that's all true OH MY GOODNESS!! Good motivation to stay on plan. It is a jaw dropping list.

I just put myself to bed. All I want to do tonite is eat. I know I'm not truly hungry...just want to eat. I've learned the difference. It doesn't make it any less hard when it happens.
Since I just wanted to be lazy, I can do that right here in bed
