Hi all- quick question about measuring food...

For your daily 8 oz of lean protein, is that 8 oz cooked or pre-cooked? Ground beef, for instance, cooks down and loses a lot of water and the two weights are pretty different.

Measure everything raw: meat and veggies
Pre-cooked can mean "cooked first" which has led to confusion.
It can also mean "before cooking" which is the intention of IP.
