Default Help with seasonings

when I first started IP I was told by my friend who lost over 50 pounds on IP that I could cook with any seasonings that were 0/0/0 and she recommended the Mrs. Dash brand because they were salt free. I have been doing IP for 3 weeks now but last night I noticed that most of the mrs. dash brand seasonings have sugar in the ingredients. I worry about this because in 3 weeks I have to weigh in for the military and I still have 12 pounds to lose before then. I have had losses every week but I'm wondering if this may be slowing them down. Thanks for anyone's help!!

There may be sugar in the ingredients, but as long you obey the serving sizes and the label says that a single serving has 0 carb, 0 fat and 0 sugar, it means there is less than 1g of sugar per serving. Remember that even some of the IP packets contain sugar, the amounts you eat are just highly controlled. Pay attention to serving size, and try to limit use of "extras" that are 0/0/0 to six servings a day (including water flavoring, Walden Farms, and sweeteners) to keep from going overboard.
