Comparing yourself to others may undermine your progress.
Follow the plan and work the program ...it definitely works!
I have found on this diet Though ...the areas and amount of loss is much different then anytime I have lost weight before!

I used all IP products too! And banged out my weight loss thru Holidays,Funerals, Birthdays ,Illinesses,personal and family challenges....and just kept going till I hit goal!
